Oracle- Norwegian Technology Sales Account Manager (based in Malaga, Spain)


We are currently hiring Norwegian Technology Sales Account Managers to be based in our new EMEA Inside Sales Centre based in Malaga, Southern Spain. This new centre will help to Accelerate the growth of Oracle's License sales business across the EMEA region.  


 Oracle Direct is our EMEA Inside sales organization selling all Oracle Technology solutions and services. This line of business has grown rapidly in last 10 years from 40 to over 1,000 people and has become the Talent Development Centre for EMEA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Existing Account Management working with some of the largest companies in the Norwegian territory. 
New Account development in the Norwegian territory. 
Identifying prospective customer needs and developing innovative solutions to satisfy their requirements. 
Positioning the optimum Oracle Technology solution to meet and exceed customer expectations. 
Working with and developing relationships with Oracle Alliance and Channel Partners in the Norwegian territory to drive revenue and maximise customer service. 
 Lead generation through Product and Country Specific Marketing campaigns in the Norwegian territory. 
Work with the Norwegian field sales account managers and resellers to plan and implement direct sales campaigns in the Norwegian territory 
Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts to Manager.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

Fluency in English and Norwegian is essential. 
University degree or equivalent professional experience. 
A proven history in a B2B sales environment preferably in an IT environment. 
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment. 
Self motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge. 
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment. 
Professional with good organizational and planning skills. 
Good communication and persuasive skills in applicable language, both written and verbal. 
Committed team player.
